I'd like it easier to ACCESS also, but what does that mean? Would you like it on a Silver Platter? Please give more direct ideas of how to make it better. I have had AOL for many years, and other E-mail services. YOUR RIGHT , BUT HOW TO MAKE IT MORE ACCCESSIBLE. YES I have 1 idea that they could make it more ACCESSIBLE. They could make the system so that I can make text larger in both the LISTS, and in the MESSAGES and make it so that when I change the TEXT SIZE that the TEXT in the MESSAGES REFLOW TO DISPLAY PROPERLY IN MY SCREEN VIEWABLE AREA. I have been asking AOL for years to do this with no avail. ACCESSIBILITY STILL ISN'T IMPORTANT TO THEM, OR MOST OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK WITH THE DISABLED, OR NON-DISABLED. You can go from there. BE SAFE AND WE'LL!

The mail doesn't open, it freezes, it is terrible.

I literally cannot even access my emails and they don't have my number or my back up email on file even though I updated them both the last time I had issues! I'm just going to use Gmail now.
