I still pay for my email address, as it was associated with my business bc they refuse to give it free! The only way they will give me a free email address is if I delete the 2 im forced to pay for! They both are unreliable & function poorly!
One of my emails malfunctioned & while I was saving a draft 2 years ago, it duplicated 999+ times, with NO WAY TO DELETE ALL THE EXTRA COPIES OF THAT DRAFT, EXCEPT MANUALLY! ITS STILL LIKE THAT!
There is NO REACHING LIVE CUSTOMER SUPP0RT EITHER.
