    go back to the old format please. The new format is not user friendly for email.

    For the person asking about mail folders, click on your Initial at the top left of the screen. You'll see "Mail Folder". Then scroll down to select.

    This new format is HORRIBLE! Please give us the option to go back to the old format. This new format may be the one thing that finally drives me away from AOL.

    too distracting and where is the delete function. I only want my emails (boom, boom, boom quick read) not some enhanced messages from senders ti look lije a Facebook page. The new format is time consuming. Not thrilled by new changes.
