STOP asking us constantly about our opinions, and then ignoring ALL of them. I mean, what's the point of ASKING US in the first place???!!

    3rd time I'm writing a comment.. last 2 not posted!! HATE old format! want OLD email & long list of connections (in Settings) NOT the catagories!

    that statement is totally true. Why ask us for our feedback when you obviously are not listening to us and changing it back to the way that it was originally

    The new format is horrible. Give us a choice. This version of AOL is barely usable. I also want the dates of previous e-mails. I want to look up March 24, not 15 days ago. Dates are how I find needed e-mails I need to refer to.

    I thought we had choices if I decide the old one it was better I think I should get to keep it don't throw something new about us when I don't like it we should be able to choose what we want and when we want it not what you people want and then stick us with it so we don't have choices that's not right
