I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

new aol email app format sucks period. looks like merged or borrowed from other company's email format -very similar to yahoo email app format, but hate this new ****, old AOL previous version was best most simple userfriendly for daily use and fun. is this POSSIBLE? goto AOL app and undo\remove updates -how to go back to previous version of AOL email app?

yes. the new **** here sucks and I lost a lot of my saved emails like quotes on appliances, furniture, and receipts for things I paid for. Ya'll NEVER think that before you just go and change something, do ya???? ****** OFF!!!

Agreed. This new format is not as user friendly, too busy, more confusing, and makes it harder to manage my email. It wasn't broken. Why "fix" it?

keep it the way it was, this new version reminds me of Gmail. AOL mail was the best. don't try to be like other mail servers.

l have been an Aol member for almost 20 years. But now I can HARDLY EVER get into my own email. What gives? None of the new "providers" even recognize the aol.com accounts. They all come back with 'this is. not a valid address. Please try again ' I am really ****** off with this run around. I've already lost my unlimited data when you accepted a cancelation request from a learning disabled minor not from ME the account holder - WHO - would cancel unlimited data in this day and age of data rip-off companies!!! Now with this mess where I can't even get into my own email makes what is left of your company a low-life bad joke! So much for brand loyalty, you DON'T DESERVE IT!!!

Exactly! I pay for this because it liked the format. I can get it free elsewhere. There were some recent changes that are making it no longer worth it.
