How can we improve the AOL App?

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

    the new format is difficult to navigate. preferred the "keep as new" envelope at the top instead of now having to go into a folder to keep it relevant. Dealing with insurance co and keep having to find emails that went to old mail

    As a result of the changes you are making I have lost access to two thirds of my mail folders. This is very inconvenient and totally unacceptable.

    The longer I am on it, the more I hate the new irritating format! What are you trying to accomplish? Frustrate your subscriber?

    Can't autorotate, emails close while I'm reading. I hate this!!!!!!!

    I hate this new look. I have to open each email to delete. give me the old version back!!!

    I agree with others that posted on this AOL update, I need ALL my old saved e-mails! Lots of info I did not know was going to be gone. The "New Format" is terrible! No need for the change! If this format is kept, you need to give us a way to retrieve all of our old e-mails! There needs to be very detailed instructions on how to set up each e-mail that needs to be kept and stored per my customers. Very dissapointed in the thought that went into this new update!!! Also, when typing this after each sentence, it woukd seem that the developer would have made this site typing freindly. No Automatic capitilization with first world in each sentence. Terrible for AOL!!! Sorry, but true. You wanted to know!

    The new format sucks. My Mom is 84 years old. She struggles with the new format. Change is a part of life. Sometimes change is good. Sometimes it's not. The new format is not.

    Please change back to the old format. Really don't care for this new change. We should be given the option of changing or not. Thanks..
