How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    Your new mail app not working has sent me back to SNAIL MAIL! Thank God I don't rely on ebilling for all my bills!!

    changing the format was a real mistake .....I may just dump this , and go to anothet site ...

    This isn't very user friendly and extremely difficult to view- ******* the eyes. It used to open to email, but now it takes me to Home, for news and whatnot.

    agree!! it used to be so clear what i had and had not read.. now it takes work and i don't need any little pictures on the side.

    I hate this app now. My emails all look like ads. I'm going to find a solution. I will not stand for this. This is the first time in 16 years an update has annoyed me so much. I have stopped looking at emails on phone. My MacBook Pro mail app is simple. readable.

    All of my email is not pulling over to this new version. What's up with that. I can see it on my other devices but not on my phone which is more important to me. Please bring back the user friendly version it made me happy! This version not so much!🥺☹
