PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

What has happened to my folders ? Only about half of them are listed under folders. Also having to hit search twice before the keyboard appears is annoying.

The new format is terrible, it is not user friendly. At least give us the option of keeping the old one.

Please return to the old format. You are not gmail.com. This is too busy. If I wanted gmail.com I would have left years ago.

Go back to the old format. Not eye friendly. Why change something that didn't need fixing?

I was frustrated with the new format as well; however, I found that there are several customizable features that got things back to something more familiar. You might try checking out the settings. Specifically for me, not matching my phone's theme was huge. You can also swap out the sender icons for check boxes, which helps me organize what I'm deleting, marking as read, etc. You can also turn off the swipe actions or change them to help reduce doing things you don't mean to do. Hope this helps. I feel your pain. I initially came here to give my negative feedback but decided to find the positive in an ever-negative encouraging world. Let's be thankful AOL doesn't just up and drop us! We don't pay... they don't have to provide this service. What a hassle it would be to update my email of 20 years to something new. Ok, now I sound like I work for them lol May you find your blessings.
