How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    I don't like this new format at all!! I'm losing my mail. I can't find it. I delete accidently. its just stupid. What was your reasoning to change it in the first place? I had no complaints.

    I agree. Hate the new format and for some reason my autorotate doesn't work on AOL pages. Please give us a choice of formats.

    the old way, where , I can see scams, drafts, trash, inbox, folders, fast and accurate -- not some superficial beauty contest!

    I absolutely HATE this format & unlike my free gmail, aol punishes it's paid customers. There's no redeeming features in this "update." NONE

    I don't like the idea that I can't automatically see my folders when I go to move them. I also would like the option to keep my read emails as new and not moved to Old Mail when I respond.

    why am I getting adds with my emails? I pay for my service. this is totally unacceptable!

    This is terrible !
    I need to SEND an email but for the life of me, and after 10 mins searching, I cannot see how !

    agreed. you should should also fire programers who developed nee format. Does not work properly on my android phone. Dire.

    Don't fix it if it's not broken. Let people choose the format they want. This is not at all user friendly.

    Please go back to the old format. It was so much more user friendly. Furthermore, I hate having to open an E-mail before being able to delete it!
