How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    support return to old format. New format fails to exhibit full content heading of mail.

    your new set is awful. I have been with yo fir about 40 years and am seriously thinking of leaving . too many ads and your service now all about self serving.

    I no longer have access to all my files so unable to pull up emails I saved for future reference. How can I make all my files reappear?

    Yes, go back to old format, much better that's what make AOL unique. As Users we should have a choice to change our format, not to just take it away.

    PLEASE RESTORE PREVIOUS FORMAT...THIS IS HORRENDOUS AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THE CHANGE TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT...WILL HAVE TO REVISIT ALTERNATIVES TO AOL

    Awful "updates". Much more time time consuming to switch between accounts as wes have two avcounts. You will be losing customers

    Now I see AOL new mail is injecting ads in the first line of my emails. I do not pay to see adds in my emails and will cause me to leave AOL. if I wanted ads I could go to Google

    it sucks old one was better. lost half my e-mail can not find and to much junk on it and it locked me out of my old account
