How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    who's the stupid idiot that helped design this new format let him use it versus the old system which was not broke in fact it was blessing in simplicity

    I spent more than 2 hours today April 8th trying to find out how to go back to the old app I'm a 20 year customer probably that will be the end of my loyalty to AOL go back to the old app who gives you the right to change it on my equipment could have been an option use existing which isn't broke or try the new system

    Need to add capability to open next or previous message on delete or move of current message.

    I hate this new AOL app. I can't delete emails except for one at a time. Such a waste of time. I have been an AOL subscriber for over 30 years. Why change now??

    I really do not like how you are doing the inbox emails. it seems that you have to open the message before you can delete it? I did try looking at the settings and thought there was going to be a check box so I could delete messages before opening and it doesn't seem to work. and I agree with those who said you should have given us more warning about the change. I really think the way you had it before was pretty user-friendly!

    WHAT GODS NAME DID YOU DO TO THE EMAIL???????? How do I delete emails? How the **** do I do anything! HOW ABOUT TELLING PEOPLE YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE BEFORE YOU DO IT! AND YES I AM ****** OFF!

    Not crazy about the new format. I'm a senior citizen and I deleted accidently one of my messages by sliding it not knowing I lost it.
