PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

please go back to the old email format this new update to the app is absolutely pitiful it's difficult to find mail it's difficult to navigate it's difficult to keep mail it's awful at least give us a choice if we want to update or not

I hate the new 4 man I don't like you giving me ads did I don't want and I can't get rid of it really makes me angry I've thought of changing to a different Carrier I've been with AOL for a long time and have never thought about changing until now. I don't know why or who's stupid idea it was to put ads that I have not requested and I'm not allowed to unsubscribe from the ads. I hate it

I don't want this I want the old one back no one said they were changing anything this is complicated and I don't like it this is bologna you don't change something that has been the original easy to work and this is complicated there's no deletion where you can delete or see your spam or anything I want the old one back this is bull. I've had AOL since 1988 camp operate this new version and I don't want it. I want the old one back how do I get it back?

I have been with aol for over 25 years and have had enough of a spam some of which is of a ****** nature which I find very offensive, now this new format I was hopping this was going to change but it is just as bad and full of adverts, I am extremely disappointed with this all.i want is my emails I.do understand that advertising is necessary to pay for the service but this is too much.

Lost some of my folders, still available on aol.com, that I need on the app. The update added features to the UI but it removed access to important folders rendering the app nearly useless, for me anyway.
