    Go back to the old format or I'm gone! If I'm paying for something I should be able to have it my way, not the way aol thinks I should have it!

    The new app has action buttons at the bottom of the read message view. I would like to adjust which are shown, because the defaults: archive, move are not ones I ever use. And the one I want most: mark unread, is not even an option in the extended menu. So please add that.

    Usually, if not always, the read status from the new app is not being sent to the server. When I go to the web page I need to remark them read.

    Swallow your pride and revert to previous version. It's often more imaginative to opt for the no-change in life!

    I am MISSING my Entire MEDICAL FOLDER from my Email. This is from Your recent Format change. How can I get My Folder Back? I Need My Emails, my Medical records!
    I tried to Contact AOL, but You are hiding behind the Covid Clause! No Phones! No Emails! No Chat! REALLY? There's No one working anywhere in AOL?
    PLEASE contact me. I need those Emails back.

    Emails do not rotate horizontally and my tablet is set up horizontally with a keyboard. To read emails I need to turn my tablet sideways and that's not very easy with a keyboard.

    Stick with the old format..HATE THE ADS.. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPAM THIS.. STOP ADS

    I click on a news story and it opens but it will not let me scroll to read it. This has happened since the new format came on.

    I have never wanted to move my email acct to GOOGLE but if you get rid of this awful format I'm going to give it serious consideration. At least I'd then also have calendar access on my phone too.

    No matter how I "attach" an image, it only seems to embed it.

    This new format is awful, revert to the previous one ASAP.
