    The new changes to AOL are very difficult. I liked it before being able to check off each email to be deleted as I went down the list. This new way is more time consuming and I do not like it at all.

    this was an unexpected change, but no thank you, I'd prefer the original format. wasn't broken, didn't need fixing

    I can not open the screen fully. It is small. I hate it. I got a statement that I can't read because it will not open BIGGER! That was me screaming.

    there should be an option to view your email in landscape. I use my tablet 100% of the time and I have to keep rotating my tablet. my stand is only for landscape not portrait.

    provide feedback before you implement it. you don't respond to anybody about this problem. guess you don't give a s*** about your customers

    this new format stinks...it doesn't even bring over saved folders...go bk to the old format....I've been looking for a reason to delete u this is it

    Just reinstate the previous format - and leave Bixby out of it! I cannot stand the intrusive Bixby apps, don't use them, don't want them!
