Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    All I know is I have been a faithful aol customer since the beginning and all my thoughts now lead me to dropping AOL and going full time gmail..😔

    Why does it always switch to portrait for mail and news. I hate the new format!

    The new format is very close to Google Gmail system. Your prior system before upgrade was very user friendly in accessing ,and setting up personal files. Easy click,and search side index. Now, files within files with nonsense. Better to make small changes to the prior format. Than to roll out a "new" Coke.

    I have lost a lot of folders, including family history and topics on which I am currently working. If I haven't got them, where are they and who's looking at them? This is data theft.
