    My folders are missing too but! I did find that if you search it...it's there but still not visible even after I emptied and deleted several

    Obtaining login passwords form other mail sites.

    Allow change to landscape orientation on smart phones so tiny font of some messages can be read. It is suddenly not possible.

    I don't need to group email. I like to have the feature to "keep as new" on the page with the mail I'm reading.

    I lost an important folder. need to go back to original aol

    Bring back old version with ALL my files. Only some of my folders transfered to this version. Takes too many steps to do simple tasks. I want the old version back. This new version reminds me of Yahoo email which I hate and rarely use.

    Cannot access my email groups with new format. BIG PROBLEM! Please bring back old format!

    Go back to the original format please...it was perfect. Why did you do this , it sucks!! I have lost email files, lost aol icon, cannot reload. I get kicked out of emails when reading and loose them, when a new email comes in. I'm still paying for Aol, maybe not anymore! very very dissatisfied customer!

    screen will NOT change directions ...rotate.

    Can't change the AOL icon from always showing the number 28!!!!!!!!!
