    when you took over the e-mail from Verizon, you did away with their option of "return receipt". It was an option that I used often. Bring it back. I also liked the landscape option.

    supposed to be for messages not adds . plus the format is not as easy to. use as the old one .

    EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS NEW **** IS AWFUL! CAN'T SEE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS, the new format is made for very limited intelligence users who are boringly S L O W!
    Is it time to abandon aol for GOOGLE??? At least GOOGLE listens to their users.
    Now this ****** system will tell me the user voice is not working...
    WHAT??? YOU'RE MAKING THIS FECES UP RIGHT?

    takes much longer to locate folders etc really hate this new format

    old format was MUCH easier to read and the ads didn't look like an email!

    Drafts does not save entire text. When you reopening 90% is gone. This transpired TWICE
    over two tries----at least 40 minutes on each
    reconstuctio---1HR 20MIN.
