    Its crazy to have to open spam before you can designate it as spam. Also where is the select all button. I really don't like this format. The other was much more convenient.

    New one awful old one was much better was user friendly why do people have to change things . Dont touch something that works ok.

    how do I retrieve a missing 'save file' I need the file for the work I do for the homeowners.

    Can no longer access all my folders. There are saved emails I need to get to but can't because the folder is not listed.

    I prefer having the option to view "All" mail at once. The new bolded view is distracting & hard to look at. I prefer check boxes to "in my face" different icons for every email. I don't like bolded subject lines. In the new format, I often have to go to "..." (more options) to find the action I want to perform. The old version offered all the actions in an easier format. Now it takes more steps to do the same actions. And, that is if they are even there anymore. I use AOL for my mail only. I'm not interested in the rest of the content. I get my news elsewhere, and I'm not into following the latest gossip on celebrities or biased "woke" politics. I have stuck with AOL, because it offered an easy format for using email. Now that's gone. Please give me back the old version, or a newer amended version with the old mail options. Otherwise, I will have to resort to other options for my email. I have used AOL for 98% of my emailing, because it was quick, easy and convenient. I keep a Gmail account for the other 2% of my email use. Your latest version of AOL will very likely make me re-evaluate where I keep most of my email business.
