Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    won't allow attachments to emails only embeds them in the body...... therefore recipient cannot easily download the attachment I just sent them....
    ALSO.... used to be able to highlight more than one picture at a time from an text I received, and then be given option to choose to send these highlighted items in an email (or forward them in a text).....NOW.. can only have that option for one at a time !!!

    Will be looking for a new mail app if not corrected

    it's convenient to see all the folders and number of items, while reading mail. I keep a lot of old messages for business and personal use. The date of the original message is very important. Options to delete, save, spam, etc are more visible on the top of page than at he bottom. and fewer options are displayed.
    I've had aol forever because I have found it easier to use than any other easier to use than anything else. I also have a Google account for one of my businesses. I haven't been a fan of Google, but I do prefer Google to your new app. I really don't see the advantages of your new set up.

    give me my folders back. this happened to 2 files that I know of.
