    Instead of posting emails under the heading "TODAY"....or the term "EARLIER"....use an "ACTUAL DATE" !!
    Currently so difficult to find an email sent to me on a certain date in the past!

    put date and time at each email. Period.

    Definitely show the exact time and email comes in - stop using "# hrs" nonsense.
