Fixing multiple bug issues, is not the same as fixing a single email issue.
Additionally, fixing your Main page not loading (while all others, Sports, finance, entertainment, etc does), is NOT the same as emails not loading.
My emails are fine. The main page issue is a different technical issue than email, as you IT can verify.
I do appreciate that many same complaints come in, but these are NOT similar.
I also appreciate that you are paid to save AOL time and money. I ask the same for myself.
