    STOP STOP STOP !!!!! I can't go to my email to get a code since you won't let me sign on!!!! You have my land line number so you can't text!!!!! Let me turn OFF or change some of this dumb stuff.

    I've tried all the instructions to go back to old version, and nothing works. Come on....why is it so complicated?

    Keeps stopped on my Chromebook. Try to load my emails and it just stops and won't load. Tired of restarting Chromebook and then everything is messed up. So I have removed it from Chromebook and luckily have a tablet as a backup to get my emails since the cell phone is too small to read

    last email showing was from 8-7! All my sent mail folder has disappeared! Someone from Nigeria appears to have tried to sign...what use are all the security measures? Time for some answers I think. as a customer and user for over 20 years I'**** to. think this isn't the end- but right now I have to use Gmail. That's crazy.

    unread mail disappears or does not show when I go back in. not all mail received shows in inbox at 1 time

    AOL sucks, Sent in circles. no one in Cali or USA to help, reset my info. so I can get into my email. there is no problem identifying my bank account when the bill gets paid!!!

    I've had my AOL email since the early 1980's. In the beginning AOL was a lite weight browser and email service that took up more space on our tiny hard drives than we wished BUT they worked like a charm. IMO, Best On The Net.
    Then the managers and or developers drank the digital cool aid and went berserk.
