I'm afraid after being an AOL user for 23 years ...I HATE your new email format! Bring back old version with 'italic', 'bold' & 'underline'.

yes, I sometimes want to be creative in my writing just like my texts. I should also have a percent symbol. who's running aol???

can't reply to emails. goes to bottom in between tying lines.

Can't reply without shifting to bottom. Missed important, time sensitive emails because they went to trash!

why are my responses jumping around. Bring back old format. I am ready to leave AOL if it isn't changed. So frustrating. After 20+ years and years of paying, I am so disappointed. I will have no choice.

my comments are EXACTLY the same! AOL subscriber for 22 years notified my new mail Inbox had been transferred to a hotmail account of a different name for Yahoo "security " review? I never authorized having my email account butchered because corporations merging from sales with AOL apparently being given some corporate duties and removed from personal email subscription business! I have not received one email since you messed up MY account and now read from other comments/complaints that they have delete all my inbox emails? One of those emails was my paid for e-tickets for an upcoming flight I was booked on. To say I'm ****** is an understatement. This treatment of a 20 year customer in good standing SUCKS! So does no response to any HELP requests I have spent hours on sending to your computer ridden support network!!!

Stop sending SPAM advertising emails to me! The first email when I log on to my account is always AOL SPAM. How can you justify sending SPAM to your own customers? You should be working to keep these trash messages out of our accounts, not creating them.
