How can we improve the AOL App?

when replying to an email on my Samsung phone, it is annoying (especially on long emails) as it flips to the bottom of the message.

    I can't type an email, my screen & cursor jumps around so much. Then once I start an email I can't get out of the compose screen, I have to Uninstall & then Reinstall the AOL app to get back to my aol mail. Please help! I have a Samsung S22 Ultra. It doesn't happen on my Samsung Tablet.

    Same problem. Cursor jumps to bottom of page randomly and constantly. I'll have to leave AOL after 20 years if this isn't fixed quickly! :-(

    I've rebooted my Samsung S21 Ultra and I've reinstalled AOL. No improvement. The problem started about a week ago.

    I am having this same problem for all emails, not just replies. it's a huge inconvenience.

    Trying to reply to business email and spell check but couldn't due to the screen bouncing around away from the reply window.FIX IT!

    Replying to emails is a problem, screen doesn't stay still and looks different from what was received.

    After the software update, the cursor jumps around when I'm writing emails. This is very annoying and makes it almost impossible to write emails using the App. Help!

    It is nearly impossible to write an email on your Android app. The cursor jumps around the page, most notably to the bottom. Once there, it takes 10-20 lines of white, blank space to get back to where you were writing. If you're working with a draft or forwarded email, the problem is worse, as you never know where the cursor might end up. This problem is a software problem that needs to be corrected by your engineers.
    I noticed on Google when I researched this problem that many others have had the same issues without any correction by your software team. This correction needs to be a priority on your end.
    We are long-term AOL customers who will not tolerate this performance problem much longer. The amount of time wasted to compose an email is obnoxious and completely ridiculous. Your neglect in correcting this problem is unprofessional, at the least. We will have to move all our email contacts to Gmail if your team does not correct this. That would result in a cancelation of our AOL service. We just can't tolerate this poorly developed Android app much longer.

    MESSAGING IS CORE TO THIS SERVICE! You look totally incompetent, uncaring or simply nefarious trying to push the user. FIX IT.

    Allow to type without cursor scrolling down! it logic: we need to see the text. FIX IT, FIX IT, FIX IT. If this is the Gmail platform interfering, give us a solution. STOP messing up with users to drive us crazy and force us, I suspect, to change platform. If this is on you, then shame on you for incompetence. Show you are a decent provider of a service not only dragging data. DO NO EVIL.

    agree - trying to type e mail is a nightmare and cannot attach images files etc

    I can't send emails and attachments unless I go to DRAFTS.
