How can we improve the AOL App?

when replying to an email on my Samsung phone, it is annoying (especially on long emails) as it flips to the bottom of the message.

    When is the IT team at AOL going to fix the app for androids? it's been with the same problem for over a month. It's impossible to answer emails as the cursor drops down to the bottom after ever word an/or letter. The texts of the sender's email are also disconfigured when trying to reply. Seriously, when will this be fixed?

    This is happening to me too. I also have a newish Galaxy S23 Ultra & when I reply it keeps popping up on the bottom of the thread. This has been going on for several months & very difficult to reply to emails.

    Same thing is happening to me. It just started recently so I reinstalled the app and still doing the same thing. Please fix soon AOL.

    same issues as others. jumps to bottom of the email and when I pause for a moment the keyboard closes. very annoying

    Since my phone did a software update, I cannot respond to emails easily. When I hit reply or reply all, the email acts erratically and shifts all the way to the bottom of the thread. This has never happened before. I have tried to unsuccessfully contact AOL via email. Please advise.

    same here. Samsung 22 ultra. does not happen on Gmail. it is an AOL issue.

    This needs sorting out. Your software is at fault, not our keyboard's. Completely unable to respond to an email.

    There is a broken line that appears on the side of the email screen

    same. I can't type a reply without it constantly flipping to the bottom of the original email. ugh!

    Very annoying making replying to emails via app almost impossible have to revert to using laptop whats the point of having facility on an app if you can't use

    This email app SUCKS!! I can never see what I am typing during a reply on my Samsung phone!! I wish I had never added it. FIX IT!!!

    You already know well what the issue is. Thousands are complaining. Fix the jumping cursor in email NOW!

    When responding to emails I cannot tell where I am typing, at the bottom or the type of the message.

    I can no longer reply to emails on my phone. this is really annoying !!!
