How can we improve the AOL App?

when replying to an email on my Samsung phone, it is annoying (especially on long emails) as it flips to the bottom of the message.

    For those of you who have tried using gboard keyboard, does it fix the problem of the screen view jumping to the bottom of the thread?

    This problem began after the recent update in December of 2022. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AOL app. All my software is up to date. I have a Samsung s20. I have spoken with Samsung tech support and they say it's an issue with the AOL app, not Samsung software.

    Has anyone found anything that works?

    AOL. I see in your responses you said the problem well hopefully be resolved in a new AOL update, but it's been a few months now, if you have text working on the issue, why no AOL app update to fix the problem when it's been a few months now??

    email 'write' message jumps down to the bottom of the Write message area
    when I try to move cursor to the next line in my message.

    I can NOT type without the cursor going down to bottom. It's impossible, and absurd, not being able to respond -- type and see the text. IS THERE A FIX on my end??? IF not, please FIX IT

    When replying on the phone, the cursor goes to the bottom. I can't see what I tupe. Please FIX, FIX, FIX.

    AOL app composing screen keyboard pad dissappear everything we type nonstop paragraph and jumps to the very end of page. This glitch should be fix immediately.

    same problem any attempts to forward an email and edit the content is so difficult because the visit keeps disappearing down the email body.

    Same problem the mail jumps away from the text being typed and you can't read what you are typing.
    why is the reply icon hidden. its got to be the most used function!

    this has been going on for several months now . . and I've attempted to reinstall/update the app. but remains unresolved. Most frustrating. Please communicate !!!
