How can we improve the AOL App?

when replying to an email on my Samsung phone, it is annoying (especially on long emails) as it flips to the bottom of the message.

    if you're paying for email, you shouldn't have ads in them. how can I go back to my old email. the update is aweful. why release it if it doesn't work.

    Pease fix this horrendous problem with the app. It's impossible to answer and/or compose emails from my android. Email wrting only works from AOL on my laptop. The cursor jumps down to the bottom of the current and previous messages after every word or typed letter. It's been like this for about a week. When will this issue be resolved?

    Cursor is jumping to bottom of email while creating and then freezes when trying to send.
    I see a LOT of issues like this in comments.

    Fix it or I'm out. This is ridiculous. Seems to have happened after upgrade to Android 13. I too, have been using AOL mail for years and this is horribly annoying.

    Well, as the saying goes for poor development practice, if it ain't broke, fix it until it is. By now, you've had plenty of time to identify the "flip to the bottom of the message" problem while typing a response, and patching it. Don't you follow good quality control testing before releasing an upgrade?

    Fix the cursor jump in Android email app. When doing message reply, cursor does not stay on text entry.

    when replying to an email the cursor clips to the bottom of the thread making it almost impossible to fluidly complete responding to an email.

    Using Samsung S22. "Conversation view" was enabled. Also noticed that this error started occurring soon after recent OS update to Android version 13 in October or early November. Unsure whether it's coincidence or causality. Cursor skips to bottom of oldest email when replying.
