I can't find how to add a new contact email address AND name to an existing contact list. I don't want to add just the email address.

Stop letting email addresses I've blocked get back in my mail. Spam too. I block three and the next day I get 6 more. I don't see a place to find my email contacts to see who is there. I can check my contact list but that's not my email addresses. Y'all are terrible at keeping unwanted mail out of people's accounts!
