Cursor problem
Every time I try to reply to an email the cursor goes straight to the bottom of the email so I can't see what I am typing I am constantly scrolling back to the top after each word I am using Samsung s22 I have contacted AOL help and response is they can't help as covid 19 their staff are unavailable most companies have stopped using this excuse now especially as people can type from home so am totally stuck

Can NOT type without the cursor going down to bottom. It's impossible, and absurd, not being able to respond -- type and see the text. Is there a solution? IF not, please FIX IT. You've known for a long time and still a problem.
