    why have you suspended my email. I never have paid for service and for decades I was loyal. um gonna go to yahoo or Gmail. if you do not return my account to it's working order

    I would like to update my new telephone number into my AOL account so that my alerts text would not be sent to my old telephone undelivered, thereby disrupt the usage of my account.

    I NEED MY AOL ACCOUNT FIX PLEASE SO I CAN GET MY EMAIL MESSAGES, I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME AND I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE FIX IT.

    not a comment but complaint about how useless the app is. Actual important emails go in to spam folder constantly. Absolute rubbish.

    I have lost all of my email in my folders been with aol since 1993 now items put in folders vanish almost immediately

    I am always missing emails. and lost some that were wrongly put in spam and disappeared when I tried to move them to new mail

    Missing several emails on a daily basis..also can't access spam folder.
