    I can't retrieve my emails or folders. very frustrating

    my emails from trusted sources are going straight to spam.

    when I try to move them to new email they disappear without a trace

    I've had both of my accounts hacked they've done nothing for over 2 months no one even calls me back I've contacted them three times it's like there's nobody even in the office or nobody even cares about their customers anymore. I've had my account since 1990 I feel for you.

    Not receiving all emails and new mail is going to Trash folders. please provide a fix.

    Same. it's frustrating and makes me not want to use AOL anymore. and I've had it 30 years as well!

    when u respond the page drops to the bottom of the message and u have to move it up wvery word

    I have four email acct names and I pay subscription,yet on my cell phone App I am unable to three of these email address's. Maybe I should drop mt aol service, since I can't view three email boxes.
