How can we improve the AOL App?

saved email suddenly disappeared

yesterday all saved email was there, today gone. I save them for a reason and to have them gone is disconcerting. Been an AOL subscriber for more than 30 years and this has never happened.

    my recently Saved emails have disappeared. I saved them because I need them.

    Suddenly, my Saved AOL articles have disappeared. Why? I Save articles to read later or another day.

    same thing happened to me. Also a 30+ yr dinosaur client. customer service no help

    same issue as with me. I've been a paying customer since 1993 and all my saved emails have disappeared. customer service is of no help

    Me too. AOL sent me a message for Search/Recovery Trial. It downloaded won't open !!!
