Some of my emails are missing in the app. When I was able to use the old format everything was there, but now I have a Samsung s26 and I can't get the old format. How do I access the old format??

your desktop version I miss you to click on keep as new and the email you have been reading goes back into new mail as if it had not been read. you need to do the same thing on your Android mobile app.
