Change your policy regarding account recovery. verifying emailsubjects/recipients/folders you've created is not information people remember.
if you forget forgettable information on you're account you're locked out forever if there's a problem. don't think for a second AOL's agents will treat you like a human either, copy-paste nonsense until you give up. If you've read this far I suggest you switch email providers IMMEDIATELY.
