'You need at least one more response option to your question, "How important is this to you?" I'd suggest adding "Somewhat Important."' has been merged into this idea

Bring back the chat option. Also, the old version of the email. Everything that's popular in the new social media AOL did back in the 90s.

The 90s AOL was better than Facebook or Twitter. Go back to that.
