update the firmware or software. If I delete or save emails from my phone, the desktop version them back as new. AOL wanted $25 to check.
the phone and desktop are not synced. if I go to my phone settings, apps, AOL, force stop, then open AOL back it, the emails will be synced. when calling AOL last year to explain, they wanted $25 just to start a ticket to investigate.
