Add margins to printed emails so they don't get cut off by the printer.
Most printers cannot start printing at the edge of the page. Please add margins to printed emails so the text doesn't get cut off.

ALSO, for some emails, 100x150mm doesn't work either, and have to switch to landscape view. even that's not perfect
