need to be able to sweep away multiple "unwanted" emails from unknown senders especially spam immediately, need more visible accessible features to block, report, mark, flag suspicious email without it being taking too much time to search for this features especially people who aren't computer illiterate, need a feature (button) where you can send your mail as high priority so mail is mark as urgent when received by the recipient, the bold, italic, underline, bullet/numbering listing etc need to be more apparent and noticeable when composing an email, consider ai to help the mailing service as smooth as possible, make awareness on privacy and gdpr conduct to your customers to ensure them there not data breaching on your part!
