    251019 ... Hello AOL Emails .... Why are my Read emails disappearing into Old mail so quickly as soon as I swipe Right. My process is to mark emails as read (swiping Right) then go back to read ones seemingly of importance or delete them. But, now I have to hunt through Old Mail to find them and to find ones I wanted to KEEP as new for a bit. This was no problem a week ago before the changes, for emails would remain for hour(s) unless I did a hard return backward on account . Thanks gwenma77 20251019SN2037

    Don't like sending the email to old once it is looked at. some of those emails have links on them to use throughout the day if not having to go hunt them down

    this last update is miserable. fix the button within the email to MARK AS UNREAD and let the read mail stay visible for at least a minute before moving to the READ folder.

    Please put the new email box back as it was. Automatically going into old mail on opening is a nuisance, it is better to be able to opt to keep it as new first

    I can not get to all of my Folders and I need my folders.. I WANT THE OLD AOL FORMAT BACK AND NOW!!

    WTF did you actually do? My emails disappear to never never land when i open them. Not in Old, not in trash. Yeah I don't give a duck if you pummel me with sex ads. You have made AOL finally useless. Where is the simple lifelong Keep as New choice? You really are morons. Why would I pay you??

    I usually save a read New Email using the "Mark Unread" at bottom task bar. Starting Approximately Oct 6th? The moment I close the New Email it IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEARS and reappears in the Old Mail. It started to IMMEDIATELY Reappear in Old Mail and now it takes 1-3 minutes. I also did not see the "Mark Unread" option on bottom task bar as well which I always had before this issue started.

    please fix!!!! I went through so many settings. I think j fixed it on laptop but no fix for app!! very frustrating!!

    Just started doing this TODAY. After reading a new email, Poof! Gone! Disappears, sometimes to OLD, but not always. NOT OK. I will leave AOL if this is the deal. SERIOUSLY
