    news feeds only shutting down all the time think you need a decent IT guy to fix your problem or sack the IT guy and get someone that can fix the issue

    Mine has just started doing this a few days ago.
    Updated phone.
    Stopped and restarted app.
    Uninstall and reinstall app.
    These are the steps AOL say should fix this - thay don't.
    This is AOL's **** app - not anyone else's fault.

    The app running on Samsung S20 phone crashes when viewing the news. This is happening frequently. It seems to be intermittent. I have not found a pattern as yet.

    Application closes when you click on a headline and sound plays over an article you are not on.
