You can turn off conversations, by going to the Settings page in the app, scroll to the ‘’Customize your inbox’’ field then toggle off ’’Conversations’’.

Why is a 2nd unknown name programmed in my mailbox? It displays when creating new msg in drop down window if changing who msg is from.FIX!!
A 2nd email user address is associated in my mailbox. I see name when creating a new email under dropdown window of who is sending email.

if I send photos any possible waY from my AOL ACCOUNT ON MY DROID to my SAME AOL account, I CAN NOT SAVE/SELEC T PHOTOS WHEN on my laptop?
cannot select embedded mail photos to save and manipulate. its main issue for my business.
Sorry to hear that, please follow the steps below on how to save an attachment:
1. Open the email containing the attachment.
2. Click the attachment image or file name.
3. Follow your browser's prompts to save, or open from its default saved location (it varies for each browser). -
I keep getting emails from AOL telling me to update my acctg or I will not receive anymore incoming emails. I think it's a hack!!!

where are my deleted emails? sometimes I hit the trash by mistake thinking its mail and im losing my emails.

You should be able to delete a folder, by tapping and pressing on a folder then select Delete.

In most cases, this problem is caused by the incoming mail filters on your account. To verify your incoming mail filters, please go to mail.aol.com using a desktop computer, and click on Options on the top right, then Mail Settings, and finally Filter Settings on the left side of the page.
On the Filter Settings page, review the filters that are set up to move your incoming emails to the trash folder, then edit or delete them, in order to receive your emails in your Inbox.

Outgoing email sometimes gets "stuck" in outbox when using my phone or tablet. Fix it!
Fix the problem of outgoing email getting stuck in outbox on phones and tablets.
The Outbox is a temporary folder that holds your outgoing emails if there are any issues sending the message until they can be sent. Delete the email or try to fix the issue causing the email not to be send.
This happens if you have a weak or no internet connection, or your device settings are blocking AOL Mail from accessing the internet.
- Test your web browser to see if you have internet access.
- If you do, check your device's help site for info on unblocking an app's internet access.

All of the emails that were previously saved in individual folders, are now only appearing in the Trash folder. What?!
All of my Saved emails that were in individual folders, have inexplicably been moved to the Trash folder.
Hello there! Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it's because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly.
If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.

Half of my folders are missing on the app. I'm ready to delete it if this can't be resolved!!
Since the upgrade, I've lost folders on the app. I have to access my account in my browser. If this can't be resolved, I'm deleting the app.
