    I hate your new screen. Make it go back to the old way. There was nothing wrong with the old way. I want a choice in this!!! i I can't even submit this complaint form.

  4. more safety features. my account had been compromised. I can folder any email. and they're being erased.

    your system is supposed to secure. private! how can you have the conscience to ask users for ideas on how to protect their emails. help me that!?

  11. allow email app, without all the other fluff, such as news, ads, etc. The old app, was so much cleaner and easier to read.

  12. fix email so new email that is read or deleted goes to proper area and also so spam that is deleted will be deleted!!!

    when email is deleted and/or read it does not move to correct folder. I have reloded the app with no change in behavior. Also spam email does not go away when deleted. and when signing out of email I have to close all or at least the aol app to be able to sign in to email again.

  14. I suggest you have more options to verify. Why do I not see all available options? I'd like to register a passkey. If it takes 48hrs to fix

    More email recovery questions on all email password security. instead of try a different way.

  16. go back to first word in sentence being capitalized. add punctuation symbols to letters, like ? on the m letter, etc.

  17. please fix the trash icon in mail.It does not work at all. App also dosnt perminately delete e mails when you select this. The app on phone

    you can't perminately delete mail in the aol app.garbage can icon dosnt work either. using samsung s22ultra phone. I've Uninstalled app and installed it again,cleaned out cache,samsung also updated its software few days ago and still dosnt work. Sometimes if completely close out of the app it may work if your lucky. please fix this issue.It ony happens on this phone.

  18. allow me to open the app and instantly access my emails because I don't care about the home page and it's a waste of time to have to switch.

    I don't care about the AOL home page. I just want my emails, that's it. I should be allowed to access email by default and not have to take the extra step every single time to switch from the home page to the mail page. I know people complain about this because in the Google App store, typing in AOL Mail will autofill "AOL Mail only", yet here we are in a complaint graveyard. I have my own life and that's what my emails are for. I don't care what Donald Trump or Elon Musk or whoever else are up…
