  1. unable to delete receipts in Receipts folder. I called AOL and I was advised that is how it was created. please have an option to delete it

    Why is the app suddenly categorizing emails received today (e.g 2 hours ago and older) as "This Week" but not as "Today"? It even sometimes categorizing emails received today as "Yesterday" or "This Month" I have paused the app, rebooted the phone, still doing it

    I wish all my email would populate in the order it's received in my inbox instead of bits and pieces here and there over several days. it's very frustrating. If I accidentally delete an email, and try to find it, sometimes it's totally gone. I search for it in the search bar and check every folder option and can't find it. Im ready to use a different email provider. I feel like I'm losing and missing emails.

  19. I have been an AOL customer from the beginning, like for 30 years. This platform has become nothing more than a continuous "commercial".

    Sick of opening it and deleting what can be hundreds of items.
    Sick of it. Thinking about dropping out.
