  6. Make it easier to delete messages on AOL. Maybe adopt the same as Google Mail. AOL keeps bringing back messages I've tried to delete earlier

  18. Please allow me to open email attachments in email. I have to download the attachment and then save it to word to see the attachment content

    AOL did this on its own. I did nothing to create this problem.

  19. Addresses in history or past used show up every time I try to write a new email. make it go away!

    When I try to write a new email some old addresses appear 3 of them total and can not be deleted. I dont know if they are suggestions but causes unintended recepients. Just make the new email show up blank and allow users to type the address.
