  4. when aol upgrade to yellow icon my email from AOL is not showing, only a white screen.

    I have 2 accounts so I hope this can get resolved. I do pay for AOL sevice.

  5. stop sending emails to spam after I have marked them as "not spam" several times. It ain't rocket science you have "not spam" as an option

  12. Not Chromebook friendly, slow to load,and no real options as offered by mail.com I rarely use based on this experience. I expected more

  15. actually try to compose a "Reply" email on a Samsung Android. It's almost impossible. The screen jumps around constantly so you can't type.

  19. be very careful. AOL said i had not sent nor received email in 90 days. they deleted all my emails & folders & say I can't get them back.

Ads should look like ads, not email, that's what is unethical. I'm looking for another free email account. I have no plans to pay you to quit being unethical to advertisers and people who had a good service for decades.

    Also news should be actual news, not adds or behind paywalls. If it is we should have an option to not…
