  4. Make a news app that doesn't suck. I'm about to uninstall because it constantly glitches, keeps loading the same story instead of a new one.

    App will only take me to first story I looked at instead of story selected from links at the bottom of the page.Today,I had to hit the back button over 10 times just to get back to the front page. It just kept reloading the soft drink recall story.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try the following actions: uninstall the app, restart your mobile device and reinstall the app. Keep us posted if you encounter any other issues. 

  15. find qualified capable developers...adding to my numerous previous greviences now my location is incorrect & I cannot fix

    as ur new android app continues to deteriorate it has no functionality in geo-location ... since yesterday I've suddenly moved 3 miles away...

  17. In trying to access a news story, I'm being asked for my password. When I tap on it to enter the password, the keyboard won't pop up.

    Since the keyboard won't pop up, I can't type my password. I've refreshed, turned phone off/on, but no help. What now?!?

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data.

    Here’s how to change the edition:

    1. Open the AOL app.
    2. Tap the Settings icon Settings icon.
    3. Under the App Settings tap “Edition”. From here you can choose an edition for country related news, videos and more.
