    Hi there Robert! This is a security feature to keep your account protected. Most probably you have a 2 step verification enabled on your account. Although we would suggest you to keep the 2 step verification, you can disable it by following this steps from our help website:https://help.aol.com/articles/2-step-verification-stronger-than-your-password-alone

  2. Provide an easy, quick process for updating phone #. This is maddening - multiple options for new password but zero for updated phone #??

    Easier to change password than phone # - makes no sense! Cannot get into my all from public computer as all verification options involve my OLD # & nothing described or shown to update phone #????

  3. Why am I unable to sign in using fingerprint?

    I use an Android device and with ALL my Apps (except AOL mail) I can sign in using fingerprint. Why does AOL not offer me biometric logon?

  4. I'm so angry. I've had this account for decades and now I am constantly told it has redirected too many times and so it doesn't load.

    I would give up on AOL except I've been using this email for 30 years so it is pretty embedded.

    your phone service is awful. I kept being asked for the first three letters of my email address and your robot kept saying it didn't get it. one person hung up on me.

    AOL lets you personalize your account by adding or updating a picture to your profile. Here are the steps you can take to update yours: 


    1. Sign in to your AOL account on your PC or laptop.
    2. Click your profile name.
    3. If prompted, enter your Account Security.
    4. Click on Personal Info.
    5. Click Update profile photo.
    6. Select Upload from device.
    7. Edit the photo by cropping or rotating it.
    8. Click Save changes.

  13. Fix the location feature because the weather on mine has me over an hour away from where I actually live!

    The weather portion says I'm an hour away (about 50+ miles) from where I live (it's literally in a different area code!) and whenever I change it to where I actually live, it goes right back to the wrong location once I hit the refresh button or go back to the home page and it's beyond annoying to keep seeing it and no matter how many times I change it, it goes right back to the wrong location

  14. allow the settings to change the home location and actually save it please

    tried many times to change the home location and then it defaults to Nottingham every time
    I don't live anywhere near Nottingham. it's not a 5g issue it's your app
