your phone service is awful. I kept being asked for the first three letters of my email address and your robot kept saying it didn't get it. one person hung up on me.

To remove it, you'll first need to cancel the subscription from https://mysubscriptions.aol.com/manage/subscriptions then follow the uninstall procedure, provided at https://help.aol.com/articles/install-and-uninstall-aol-tech-fortress-powered-by-appguard

I would like to change the picture on one of my AOL profiles
there is no link to change my profile picture...
AOL lets you personalize your account by adding or updating a picture to your profile. Here are the steps you can take to update yours:
1. Sign in to your AOL account on your PC or laptop.
2. Click your profile name.
3. If prompted, enter your Account Security.
4. Click on Personal Info.
5. Click Update profile photo.
6. Select Upload from device.
7. Edit the photo by cropping or rotating it.
8. Click Save changes. -
Fix the location feature because the weather on mine has me over an hour away from where I actually live!
The weather portion says I'm an hour away (about 50+ miles) from where I live (it's literally in a different area code!) and whenever I change it to where I actually live, it goes right back to the wrong location once I hit the refresh button or go back to the home page and it's beyond annoying to keep seeing it and no matter how many times I change it, it goes right back to the wrong location

tried many times to change the home location and then it defaults to Nottingham every time

Figure out why I can't get all my mail on my android that I get on my computer. I've missed a lot of personal mail.
My email doesn't show up the same between my computer and android. Why do I need to set a list of "filters" for receiving my mail? I want it like the main computer.
I can't set auto response from android like from computer. I need to let people to know that my computer is crashed and I can't respond to them the same way.How do I send this?

I found it difficult to get to sent messages and archives had to go through multiple streams to get to it should have sent emails on header
all files should be listed in the header box on the home screen.
