    The update only created trouble as it is read only on my phone. Can't compose nor respond. There in no trash folder and I guess there's no need for a sent folder since I can't send anything.

    Hello there! Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it.

    If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.

    Let us know if you see any improvement.

  3. Solve my problem of getting constant notices that say "your Aol is out of date." This has been going on since October 2020.

    I was told by you in Oct 2020 that I did not need to do anything about new software because I used Aol Gold.
    Nothing has been right since although I have called you. Get me back to a usable program instead of sending constant notes saying "your aol is out of date."

  5. Make on fest too where to find pictures you have taken I can never find the ones I have taken

    Can't find pictures taken .
    Should be a place where all apps are

    In order to help you, please try to to power cycle your phone.

    Here’s how:

    1. Press and Hold the Power button.
    2. Select Shut-down.
    3. After the phone is completely shut-down, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the screen lights-up.

    If you still encounter issues, please try a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app.

    Hi there, we have released a Beta version of the AOL app that should fix your issue. To access it go to the Play store, search for the AOL-News,Mail & Video app and under “Become a beta tester” title click on Join now.
