  1. Go back to the old version. Really tired of chasing emails all over the screen. Email is no place for embedded ads that control the screen.

  6. New email has disabled the keyboard

    The android keyboard/Google keyboard needs to be reinstated when composing emails. Because an update has changed something, spell check, predictive text and auto capitulation have all been disabled.

  9. Please change the constant reversion to the news feed when we try to return to the mail folder. It's beyond annoying.

    Do not replace the mail page with the news feed when we return to the open page!

  14. permanently delete the email when I delete it not send it back to me

    why don't you fix it. why are you going to ask if you're doing nothing about it? it's abusive to make someone continuously delete the same emails.

  15. I agree go back to old format! Why are many of my folders missing? I'm forced to use Samsung's email format just to see them.30+years user

    Can't see all my folders, can't do a surch (no surch function, only when move function does it show up) very frustrating and force me to use a 3rd party app to deal with and/or find my emails. get your head out of your *** and fix this thing!!!!! I'm a 30+ year user this is the worst version of AOL ever!!!

  17. Fix the phone app. Moving messages from Trash to New makes them disappear forever. Works OK on the computer, so that's where I have to do it

  19. do something to speed up AOL. Constantly have to wait. d Same question always - do you want to close AOL, wait or report a problem.

  20. Names not showing on compose mail when selected multiple times

    Unable to see email address, so I kept selecting contact name. The name only showed once in the message. After sending, I noticed it was sent to the same contact multiple times.

    Name should show more than once in compose or only sent once to contact to match what it shows.

    I wouldn't have had this problem if I saw an email address when adding contact to message instead of name.
